Shipping and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 580 5th Ave 1136 NY, NEW YORK 10036.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
